Enjoy the water, it's a little cold for me, but that's just my opinion. Played Frisbee there with an unbelievably beautiful young lady the last time I was there.

BTW: The Peters house in Hollywood is owned by some really nice people now but the one in Oceanside and Carlsbad are up for sale(sickness can be expensive). The Hollywood house is only a few feet off the main Hollywood thoroughfare! N. Palm, L side of the street.

I had a conversation a few years ago about with a republican lawyer and they wondered, how to defeat the Islamic threat.

I ventured the opinion that it would be impossible to defeat a Prophet (Muhammad and make no mistake, he's who the battle is with((Indicdently: Bin Landen is aspiring to that role)) with guns, and that one defeats a prophet with another prophet.

The Republican obviously didn't listen but it seems the Ds have latched onto the concept!! IMHO that strategy is much superior to the past.

Middle of the night ruminating about the Legal Scenarios facing the Mormon Mafia and possible items of interest to young Prosecuting Attorney’s who are looking to make a name for themselves.
I read the whole car post: Deductions:
I like to psych analyze people to predict their actions. Used to drive college professors crazy when I had an assignment ready before they gave it! lol
1. Hughes had a secret stair built (stash habit for future use).
2. A Vegas insider told me and interesting "tunnel" account. Even got an invite to view what's left.
3. Hughes removed the wood trim to stash his credit card in the Aerocar, glovebox (stash habit).
4. Hughes had a penchant for "stashing", cars and other items for future use, (stash escape route)he would have done the same with the will.
5. Because his aides were so interested in the contents of his will, he would have kept it secret from them, above all others.

He made hiding places secure according to the relative value of the thing being hid! Now: the question begs: Where did he hide the wills (I say wills because a person with his obsessive compulsive nature would likely have multiple wills). Requirements:
1. Not easily found by searchers(he didn't want the Mormons to know they got zilch).
2. Multiple copies so that he had backups in case of "palace intrigue".
3. One super safe repository: accessible and un loseable for the heir.

That's my psych breakdown and using that formula: I have identified 3 very likely hiding places after viewing as many of his frequented areas as still exist.
Conclusion: I think he had no less than 7 wills in various places. I think 5 were destroyed (lot of burning right after he died)and 2 still exist. I beleive those who were left out of the will, found copies and are still searching for the 2 missing copies.
I beleive one is deposited in deep cover, the other in a site that by it's very site of discovery will validate the heirs and null all argument (I think that site was know to a Hughes doctor who talked to the wrong person in Intertel and paid the price for it). Just some ruminating, of course as Geoff says, we'll see how much "real evidence" comes out of it. Funny how many "want" the evidence but how few are willing to risk their skins as the price for it! lol

My interest and vestment is simply greater. (why I seem to post a lot) Like Hughes, I often work several days at a time on problems. Recently drove 44 out of 48 Hours on a Nevada interview tour. Let me play the prophet here and predict that your blog very soon will experience:
1. Huge posts of simply incoherent babble and foul language (A CIA originated technique akin raising a stench to discourage consideration (they used to hide microfilm in cat droppings)).
2. At the same time you will get pressure from various areas of influence to shut your blog down.
3. Your blog will simply have to be shut down from experiencing "technical difficulties".
(It's a trend when Hughes is discussed in a public forum).
4. Your email accounts will start experiencing 24 to 48 hour delays from "technical difficulties."

I have several blogs but they are about mechanics and invention.

I have had nine attempts on my (and my family's) life so far and find that your blog is a better forum than exposing myself to bullets again. (Does that solve the Anonymous posting puzzle?) Also, if I'm so full of it, why are people still trying to kill me???

Also you can be of great use to me in my overall plan, and I just like your face! lol This blog also lets me make public to certain Vegas interests, (who know me and of me) what the situation is in the realm of their interest.(Sorry, know cryptic irritates you but no choice there).

Also, I get valuable insights from people like you and Paul Winn posting, although lately he's show extraordinary wisdom and kept mum!

I participate in discussion groups on thorny problems and am amazed at some of the innovative ideas from unexpected sources. I DO respect your and Pauls conclusions even if I may not agree with some of them.

You have researched 3 years, I have researched Hughes 30 years, yet your feedback is usually very insightful. You have found what people want to give you, I am extracting what they are hiding. You act as a recorder journalist, I act as an investigative journalist and since I'm already in danger, you need to stay out of this side of it to protect yourself and your family!

But like the stock market, remember that risk is associated with profit! I'm doing all the digging now, and when the payoff comes, those who like Henny Penny worked the field will reap the crop!

Would you consider Hughes DNA at sites he was supposed to have visited when his Aides say he was in the penthouse proof??

Why someone hasn't done this earlier, I don't know. But I HAVE been collecting samples (burning the bed clothes: Jeesh!). BTW: You have Dumarr's number, any chance he still has the vehicle he says he picked up Hughes in?? You need to call him and have his lawyers get a DNA lab to vacuum that vehicle for trace DNA and ask for a court order for a Hughes relative to compare DNA. I would have already but don't have his number.

BTW: If I'm so wrong, why is Paul Winn chasing me around trying to find out who I've talked to and about what??? People seem to like to talk to me and give him the brush off, wonder why??? lol

Anyway, I do consider it a very interesting issue as to whether Hughes did or did not come and go from the Desert Inn. The best evidence and sources I have is that he did not leave the ninth floor. The evidence and sources I have that suggest he DID leave is suspicious at best.

Journalists must rely on evidence and sources, not speculation and questionable sources. If and when somebody who I have reason to believe is legitimate comes forward and says that Hughes left the hotel in Las Vegas, I will listen intently. Until then, the sources on the other side have the floor.

I agree on your no dogs rant, with one exception, the blind and handicapped should be able to bring their helper dogs, (If they are properly trained). Those dogs and other animals are trained to not be a problem. In high crime areas, the elderly and the vulnerable should be able to take their dogs with them anywhere (see below).

I have always complained about my daughter having her dogs in the house, no more, she had a break in a couple weeks ago and the dogs probable save her life and my wife's.

Hughes didn't like close contact in the later years, but the NY times comments on a rage crossing the nation where teen agers are hugging like wild. A bunch of schools have instituted a 3 second rule. I don't know what to make of it!

I was tempted to offer to do it myself! Lol. (Did Hughes seal the house as a precaution for the future? Possibly a paternity issue?) (Did he hide a will there?) c. Avoids all the liabilities of number 1.

Paul: Do you still have that appointment book??? If you do, you're violating so many laws it isn't funny by not turning it over to a federal DA. And don't tell me you returned it to Jean with looking and making notes!

Seems Number 3 was the only real option, considering the facts presently at hand (never rule out the possibility of extant facts). Is it possible that the “public story” is one of self protection???? Do they tell different stories in private? Will “deathbed” confessions be forthcoming as people try to clear their consciences?

I submit that the circumstances surrounding the death of Hughes and the real need to charge people with his neglect or possibly worse, could be influencing people's stories. I also submit that if Hughes was “mentally capable” to conduct his affairs, he was likely “physically capable” of exiting the penthouse, if he was "physically incapable" why weren't his caretakers charged with physical kidnap? Obviously a detox round would have solved the nutrition problem and the codeine problem.

Conclusion: Any time you let fear, rule your decisions, you make the wrong ones. Hughes: Afraid of being declared incompetent and afraid of people learning of his neglect(to Maheu:"Bob if I let you see my condition, you won't be able to act for me the same.")Geoff's book, Aides: Fear of legal consequences and fear of Hughes and other bosses.

IF THEY SAY HUGHES WAS ABLE TO LEAVE THE PENTHOUSE
All the various stories about him traveling around then gain validity. And then they have to explain and possibility face charges for lying all these years. a. they have to answer why they weren't out there protecting their boss. b. Malfeasance in letting a person who is physically compromised ramble about the state is an issue. Letting a know drug addict (willing, manipulated or forced doesn’t matter) and a person under the influence (of said drugs) operate a motor vehicle is a serious situation.

IF THEY SAY HUGHES WASN’T ABLE TO GO OUT BECAUSE THEY HAD HIM DRUGGED TO THE EYEBALLS.
a. They face charges of chemical kidnapping and elder abuse.
b. They face a multitude of malfeasance and mal practice issues
c. Fraud and thief issues by the dozen arise.
d. All the contracts and "decisions" made all those years become invalidated because he was “chemically incompetent”.

You comment about Interpol being Intertel was a little off. I refer you to Mr. Schumachers book page 112 and 12 lines from the bottom. In another spot, Geoff states, that the Intertel agency was used by Hughes quite often. I'm amazed you didn't know about it! ??????

An agency that Hughes used frequently and which even Mr. Maheu stated: Likely supplied Mr. Hughes with direct intelligence that even Mr. Maheu had no awareness of. Maheu in fact marveled that Hughes obviously knew information because his questioning indicated in depth infomation on subjects that even Mr. Maheu wasn't privy to.

Obviously someone in the American intelligence community or maybe even the mob has been watching the treatment of HRH and his family by the Morman Mafia and has taken exception with that treatment that continues in some areas even to this day. Something for those involved to think about, isn't it?

Mr. Winn relates the story of Hughes being so obviouly sick that Jean Peters was scared out of her gourd! Paul called Bill Gay over because he himself was mislead.(page 131 of your book), might I suggest that the man who after this flew with Jack Real was conning his own aides (he learned these trick manipulating his mother and according to Kathyrn Hepburn, "his little boy vulnerable act was irresistible to women."

This man made movies, he knew how to act, he was certainly capable of pulling the wool over the eyes of his aides, who were at his command. I have spoken to several people in the last two weeks who claim he was out at night quite often.

Not a night to discuss Hughes! Or is it!! He's still the gorilla in the room, even when raising money for Reid. Do a historic analysis of the lawyers who worked on the Hughes estate out of Houston and then compare that list to, Enron designers, Savings and Loan robbery, those advocating putting SS in the stock market, and those giving away the future to corporate interest the last 8 years.
