Key player in Glomar Explorer saga dies
Christopher Fitzgerald, a CIA agent and the lead engineer in the construction of the Glomar Explorer, has died. Sounds like an interesting guy. Check out his Washington Post obituary here.

Met a diver (now dead) 30 years ago who claimed to have worked that recovery. His story is much like the news reports, with some notable exceptions (more recovered than the news reported).
No way to verify it now and he's beyond the oath of secrecy they had to take.
Why??? Did the CIA trust Howard so much??? Or maybe in classic CIA form, they didn't trust him so much as they trusted what they had on him?????

You went out there and crossed the ground the pioneers traveled. Indeed all that is relevant to life and liberty, do not all reside in LA, LV, NY, Chicago or Hollyweird. Hughes seemed to be trying to find his way back to reality by flying in London near the end. Now the question begs, if he could pilot a plane, why couldn't he drive or ride in a car around Las Vegas, I still think the years of penthouse stasis is a fabrication of his keepers! And those who report on it are in on it! IMHO
Having lived through the con that is called mandatory liability insurance and the lie that was "lowered costs", (my insurance tripled in cost with no accidents).
I am getting some strange vibes from this health insurance bill. Rather than be a help to the poorer uninsured, I sense instead that the insurance industry is maneuvering it to make buying of their product mandatory without a public option. I think our rates just went up! If the Dems are in on the take, we are all about to get shafted by an industry that just proved how good they are at taking massive amounts of money and making it disappear into overseas banks!
You should read more. Hughes was selected because (1) he was wealthy enough to make believable the story of his company building the Glomar Explorer; (2) He was the sole stockholder so there was no requirement to keep stockholders abreast of what was going on; (3) Huges had a history of being patriotic and assisting the government in military efforts, i.e., helicopter deliveries in Vietnam, the Apache Helicopter, as well as in the past his development of military aircraft. The IRS was in the know about the project so it would not be blown through an audit. Only the top people in Hughes Tool Company were knowledgeable about the real purpose of the project (as was the case at Lockheed and Global Marine).
The keepers are "in on it" means they were "in on" what? If you follow the well established record of Hughes, you will find that when he was at the Beverly Hills Hotel (from 1957 - the time of his marriage to Jean) he left his room very little. He went to Clover Field to run the engines on the DC-3 twice. He went to Lockheed a few times to fly the Electra. He went to Goldwyn a few times to screen movies. He went to Nosseck Studio where he stayed for several months without leaving. He flew the Boeing 707 a couple of times. When he went to Rancho Santa Fe in 1961, he only left the house one time when he went down to the Inn for a few days. When he went back to LA at the end of 1961, he never left the house until he took the trip to Boston on the train in 1966; didn't leave the Ritz Carlton until he boarded the train for Las Vegas; went to the Desert Inn and never left until 1970 when he fired Maheu and went to the Bahamas. From that point on there is no record of his having left the hotel except to move to another location - the single exception being the earth quake in Nicaragua when he spent the day in the car waiting to be extricated. Then to Miami, then to England where the only times he left the hotel were to go flying with Jack Real. Read about the difficult time Real had getting him to go out and fly, but when he finally did, he enjoyed it. The unfortunate thing was that he had only flown a couple of times when he fell and broke his hip and was bed ridden ever since that time. Logs were kept, they were produced in the litigation, it's a very uncontested record. So, you can believe whatever you want to believe, but the record is clear. What proof do you have otherwise - Dummar and Deiro! Oh, my gosh, they have records, credibility, all that kind of proof. I'll take a lie detector test and pass it. Deiro would flunk. You make up fantasy scenarios and then talk yourself into believing them. It's actually kind of funny.

Now the types, degree of poison contained, and particular identities of the various reptiles is still in the investigation phase. But as Abe Lincoln said when on the witness stand, "I don't have to be a formal introduction and have tea with a snake, to know it's a snake".
I have however met a hissing viper face to face and survived to tell the tale. He/she (I didn't look for the sex) interrupted my lunch in a mountain forest. I "took" a lie detector test and passed it. My examiners were government employees of the highest caliber. (after an attempt on my life by people I believe are tied to the Hughes estate). They were so amazed at the answers, they went off script and delved into personal matters that I had no compulsion to answer. After an extrodinarly lengthy examination and susbsquent investigation into the facts, they told me face to face what they had found.
In fact the examiner said, "We have to believe you must be the most honest person whom we have ever met." I wonder if after an unrigged test, you could be referred the same way??
I say "Unrigged" as detailed in Drosnen's book and others, there are serious questions about the motives and actions of your close friends Gay and Davis and therefore by association, you!
I did not ask "why was Howard selected", I asked "why was Howard trusted so much, with all the rumors of weirdness(as you put it).
I contend, as is common among spies, they trust that which they know they can cause greater damage to the betrayer than the betrayer can cause to them. Therefore, I suspect,they knew the secret of Hughes' "insurance" policy in the form of an heir.
My close friends Gay and Davis? If you check the record, I was one of the main witnesses AGAINST them when the Estate sued for mismanagemet and termination of the contracts. You are painting me with the wrong brush!
You may change allegiance as often as you like, but that does not negate your own testimony of you "many years" of work at Romaine when you reported directly to those two who I understand were the head of Hughes enterprises. Hughes even in his phone interview stated he had to ask "...Chester when I can go back in the public eye, when these "threats" of lawsuits have passed."(paraphrase) Did they know your allegiance was so fickle? Obviously you are in close contact with them, ah lah your "Green House" comment.

On the statute of limitations: As I understand it, there is none on kidnapping, murder, and theft by unlawful deception in California, Texas and Nevada (convenient huhh??).

Wickipedia nowithstanding, I was at the office when we were notified by a ham radio operator that Hughes and his entourage were safe after the earthquake and were on the way to the airport. I first tried to get Hilton's airplane, but they were afraid there was too much airport damage, so we had John (I've forgotten his last name) in Miami to charter a Lear Jet and go pick them up. I talked to Waldron, Eckersley, etc., afterward, and Hughes did NOT go to Somoza. They spent the time after leaving the hotel, in the cars, getting to the airport and waiting for a plane to arrive. Since I was very much involved in getting them out of Nicaragua I know more about it than the folks at Wikipedia.

I have very assiduously keep names, credit and personality out of this. I want no credit, no fame, only the truth here, even if yes like the ancients, I have to dig up corpses and put them on trial.

As to Hughes hiding places, let me suggest that Howard had those advising him that even Maheu didn't know about who were experts at long term hiding, and they did not favor such esoteric places as trees and floors. There are hiding places that are time driven, that can never be discovered until a certain amount of time elapses. For instance, instructing a Swiss bank to open a letter at a future date and contact the heir mentioned in the letter. Or considering the predilection of Howard for London, there are representatives there who specialize in just such timed representation. Or the Bahamas, a place that specializes in hiding funds, wills, etc for future reference. I am tempted to tell you a real story, of successful hiding for 50 years for an heir, but again, it might endanger lives. So, yes you searched, but you did not find, so may I suggest you didn't search hard enough or with enough imagination??? I have had some small success finding things lost for centuries (diamonds, gold and codes), so you don't mind me trying do you???? Or is that an insult to your efforts?? God knows, it would be a sin against nature to find it after all this time, wouldn't it???

The real question you need to ask, considering some of the specifics he mentions, Is: "Has he ALREADY found IT and HIM? Someone thinks so or they wouldn't be trying to kill him!

Obviously I have hit a nerve with Mr. Winn: In reading over the history of the Romaine breakin, something did indeed strike me about Mr. Winn's work there. I got the impression that he was in charge of records and communications at Romaine under Kay Glenn. Now consider that there had been two breakins int the previous 3 months.
1. From a book on the subject: Two previous burglaries in the previous 3 months, (Summa Encino and Las Vegas). Encino office of Bill Gay had a telephone scrambler device stolen. If recordings were kept of conversations, it could be played back through this machine and understood. (connected to Langley and Robert Bennett's office in Washington (Robert Mullen Company(CIA front)).
2. Now If you were in Mr. Winn's job, wouldn't a bell have rang that you were due for a breakin?
3. Books have reported that the police believed it had to be an inside job.
Now given the history and Mr. Winns job; Does anyone else come to the conclusion that one of several things are likely.
1. Mr Winn and his bosses were grossly incompetent or even mentally lackin in not guarding the henhouse after the foxes had already raided the other two?
2. The insider lay among that close Knit group? Or at the very least, should have been known to them.
3. The "masters of the communications" gave away the eggs on purpose???
No matter what the conclusion, either management at romaine was derelict at best or at worst suspect themselves.
Gonna make you a prediction, or expectation if you will: The HHMI will soon announce "monetary problems" and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the general rape of institutions by their management over the past several years, would extend to that illustrious organization. Book Premise and Outline! (It's already written) (Plausible denial: All material below is fictitious and could only be dreamed up by real spooks!)
A billionaire gets a starlet pregnant in the 1950's. She "meets" a charming young man who is really a CIA agent.
The billionaire learns of the pregancy,hires a former CIA/FBI agent to investigate, and get his woman back. The agent informs his masters at FBI/CIA and they know an opportunity of a lifetime when they see it.
The FBI/CIA wants a hold on the billionaire which cannot be broken. A CIA manipulator named Jimmie Christ Fisherman, suggests a plan and scenario which will,
1. Relieve the starlet of the stigma of having a child out of wedlock.
2. Produce a hold on the billionaire that cannot be broken.
3. Ensure a clandestine network for a generation through the billionaire's business interests.
4. The Chief justice insists that the child not be killed and that the mother and father later marry so as to make the heir legitimate. That way, "the government will look like a benevolent manipulator if this ever comes out."
The charming young man, sympathizes with the poor girl's plight and suggests that if she is married, the scandal can be "handled". He marries her and as a "loving" husband plots to kidnap and/or murder the child.
The CIA, FBI and Justice department in league with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (all members of the Masons(the FBI chief being the grand poobaa and 33rd degree mason of one rite, and the Chief Justice secretly being the grand poobaa and 33rd degree mason and head of the other rite in the US).
The starlet is given an amnesiac to make her forget the actual delivery. The justice department takes control of the child and places it with an old girlfriend (whose husband and two sons are 33rd degree masons) of the Chief Justice, who hires a doctor for the delivey, a private medical clinic, and places it with her grossly pregnant sister in law who is also given an amnesiac and told she has delivered twins.
The project is monitored by the CIA and FBI jointly and codenamed Allene (after a relative of the father).
Now don't you think the reverse "honey trap" is a pretty orginal idea? The father is allowed to meet the child at 4 years of age and the mother visits the son twice to view two of his graduations and is caught on camera. In reviewing the tapes, the son gets interested in this "strange woman". He starts to investigates and finds her picture on the internet.

The machinations and manipulations of half a century of the father and mother along with the national defense industry, make a thriller and best seller?? Such things have to be fiction??? Right??? I certainly think they had better be!

Evidently Geoff agrees with my assessment (actually he said it first) that the palace guard staged a coup de etat! I still say they probably colluded to say Hughes didn't leave the penthouse. A deposition in the Dumarrs trial states an aide would swear that it did happen.
