The Los Angeles Times reported today that the hangar where Hughes built the Spruce Goose is for sale. See the story here. In recent years, the huge hangar has been used for movie and television filming. Experts estimate the value of the hangar at $60 million.
Incidentally, I am quoted in the story, though not extensively.
